barred the government officials and leaders including the Prime Minister and
President from first class air travel to prevent misuse of public money.
According to Information Minister
Fawad Chaudhary, this decision was taken in a Cabinet meeting chaired by Prime
Minister Imran Khan on Friday.
He said that the Cabinet has also
banned the discretionary allocation of funds for the Prime Minister, President
and other officials. Chaudhary claimed that former Prime Minister Nawaz
Sharifs government used to spend 51 billion rupees in a year on business class
