Amitabh Bachchan gives befitting reply to troll who asks about his contribution towards Kerala flood victims
The state of Kerala is witnessing a major crisis due to the devastating floods which has taken a toll on the lives and property of the people there. The entire nation has come forward to give the state full support and bring back Kerala to normalcy.

From fishermen to military personnel, from local people to foreigners, each and every one is contributing in their own way, from financial support to being there in person, raising charity to building houses, collecting food to procuring medical aid, all stands together.

Bollywood is not far behind in this time of crisis. As it has been seen in the past during calamities and adverse situations many actors and actresses have come forward and helped in restoring life, spirits.

The trolls also have been pouring in with their criticism. Amitabh Bachchan shared a picture from a recording studio, and the trolls started asking whether the actor had made any contribution towards the flood victims in Kerala.

The troll asked, "Kerala ko donation diya?" to which the legendary actor gave a prompt reply which read: “Ji diya…Pata chal gaya aapko…Aapne diya kya?”

The actor who has maintained dignity on social media, especially while interacting with his followers whom he lovingly calls as his extended family, as usual kept his poise while responding to the hate troll.

Bachchan, who is still going strong at this age, has donated Rs 51 lakh for Kerala. The 75-year-old actor has also parted with some of his personal belongings for the flooded affected victims.

Senior Bachchan coordinated by Oscar winner Resul Pookutty, made his contribution to the relief effort for Kerala Chief Minister’s Distress Relief Fund.

Both Amitabh and his son Abhishek Bachchan were thanked for their kind gesture. As tweeted by Resul Pookutty: “Benevolence and kindness in this grave hour of need has no word for thanking, but for sincere gratitude, love and affection. @SrBachchan and @juniorbachchan the people of Kerala consider you one of their own, and your hand of help is deeply appreciated. Respect.”

A close associate of Pookutty informed ANI that Amitabh Bachchan also donated his personal clothing which came in six cartons, including 80 jackets, 20 shirts, 25 pants and many other things along with 40 pairs of shoes.
