Actor-reality show celebrity Bobby Darling had undergone a gender transformation. The couple had married one-and-a-half-years ago. But Bobby Darling has now accused her husband and Bhopal-based businessman Ramnik Sharma of domestic violence and dowry demands.

Recent sources reveal that the legal battle is almost over and Bobby is all set to make sure that her husband Ramnik Sharma does not go scot free. He had been in jail since May but reports confirm that 10 days ago he was granted bail. As confirmed by Bobby’s lawyer Meera to SpotboyE, "The fight was tough but Bobby was justified and has been vindicated so far."

Ramnik paid 15 lakh to Bobby and also returned her car. Also Meera told that he had to return back the gold articles which Ramnik was wearing when arrested. Those belonged to Bobby.

Bobby had also filed a case accusing her husband of having unnatural sex. She had also blamed his mother and brother of harassing her with dowry demands.

According to SpotboyE.com reports, Ramnik has been strictly told that he cannot contact Bobby in any regard. "The car rightfully belonged to Bobby. She had the papers. All said and done, Bobby has recovered at least something for now. We have faith in the judiciary and justice will prevail. Now, Bobby will file civil cases against him to recover the property which is under dispute with Ramnik. The property is worth Rs 60 lakh."

Bobby had spoken to Bombay Times and said, “Ramnik would beat me up after getting drunk and accuse me of having extramarital affairs with every second man. He also usurped my property and money. He made me give him co-ownership of my flat in Mumbai, and did the same when we bought our penthouse in Bhopal. He also bought a SUV using my money immediately after the marriage. Now, I am left with nothing. He had paid the building's security guards to keep an eye on me, and they would inform him of all my moves. He kept a tab on who I spoke with and where I went. Tired of the constant bickering, I suggested that we get divorced with mutual consent, but on the condition that I would get my property and the car back. However, he didn't agree to it. He would, in fact, beat me to because will in his name. I want my property back so that I can sell it off and move back to Mumbai.”
